Andy Eninger

In the world of facilitation and training, Andy has grown a cult-like following; his sessions are legendary for their humor and impact. Known for his perfect blend of energy and encouragement, Andy is a top-rated trainer and speaker around the world for companies like Nike, Abbvie, Deloitte, and Novartis.

With two decades at The Second City Theatre, Second City Works in Chicago, and FutureThink, Andy has helped thousands of people elevate their creative thinking abilities to levels they never imagined. As the former head of Second City’s writing program, he set the organizational direction and vision necessary for cultivating the next generation of Tina Feys. To FutureThink, he brings a deep fluency in the principles of inclusion, storytelling and innovation, and a Pinterest-level succulent container garden.

Andy received a BS in Mass Communications, an MA in Playwriting from Miami University, and studied film directing at the Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest, Hungary. A serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded two companies and three theater companies. Andy continues to write, direct, most recently penning the musical “Trapped!” - a romantic comedy about lobster fishermen off the coast of Maine.

On any given weekend, you’ll find Andy attending Ukulele jams in L.A., trying fermented squid guts in Japan, or watching a disaster movie (the cheesier the better). He lives in Van Nuys, California with his comedian husband and his two dogs, Pearl and Barb.
