Rachel Breidster

Meet Rach, the learning and development powerhouse who combines curiosity, connection, and conversation to transform organizations. With over 20 years of experience as a facilitator, curriculum developer, and program designer in the fields of public health, DEI, and leadership development, her expertise lies in understanding the unique challenges each organization faces and meeting the needs of both the organization and the learner.

What sets Rach apart is her exceptional ability to connect with people on a personal level. Drawing inspiration from thought leaders like Pema Chodron and Brene Brown, her approach combines vulnerability, authenticity, and evidence-based principles.

When Rach isn't making an impact in workshops, you can find her exploring Albany, NY, with her partner, Danielle, and their cats. She loves nothing more than frequenting the Short and Stout tea shop and immersing herself in nature at places like Thacher Park. But don't be fooled by her tea-drinking demeanor — Rach has also completed an Ironman, conquered multiple century bike rides, and climbed the longest bolted sport climb in North America.

Beyond her exciting adventures, Rach’s accomplishments are equally impressive. She holds a Masters in Sociology with a focus on Race, Class, and Gender, and a Masters in Education: Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology. She has hosted and moderated a live-filmed Public Health talk show and served as a representative on the Commission for Diversity & Inclusion in the Statewide Workforce. Rach has also authored the first comprehensive training resource on gender identity in the workplace. Talk about making an impact!
