Are you ready to stop a culture of pervasive skepticism, and throw the doors open for innovative new ideas? This workshop will empower learners to do just that!
Using our tool PPCO, learners will collaborate with their teams to practice using a structured, objective framework for evaluating new ideas. PPCO shifts the default mindset from focusing exclusively on the flaws and risks associated with ideas and guides learners through the process of considering unexplored potential and generating solutions to overcome existing flaws. Learners further explore relevant business examples of "lost opportunities" due to heightened skepticism, and learn how to embed this tool within their work culture to ensure their teams are fully prepared to capitalize on the potential of brave new ideas.
