This workshop uses the power of visualization and future planning to help your team build a plan to stay ahead of the competition and ensure future success. Guided by our facilitators, learners will work in teams to assess the state of their industry and align on a vision of future success for their company. After reaching an agreement, teams will then analyze trends that will impact the success of the business and identify the most critical skills to develop on their teams. Learners leave with a prioritized list of areas and skills for development and a commitment to track progress towards their goals annually.
