Successful collaborations can happen anywhere. However, wildly innovative partnerships require intention and strategy.
In this workshop, learners will explore the benefits of diverse partnerships through engaging discussions and exploration of relevant business examples. Then, working in teams learners will uncover the criteria needed to form and maintain innovative partnerships that add value and strength to their organization. Teams will then work together to identify potential partners in three different spheres (within, adjacent, and beyond) and propose innovative ideas for each partnership. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants identify their top partnership ideas and vote on the most disruptive partnership with the greatest business potential.
