For leaders trying to get their team out of the “that’s the way we’ve always done it” or “it could never happen” mentality.

Workshop overview

Looking to infuse new ideas and practices into your daily routine? This highly interactive workshop teaches participants how to ignite disruptive thinking in the workplace- and beyond.

Using a tool called Assumption Reversal this workshop will teach you and your teams a practical strategy to overcome lack of imagination and challenge existing norms.  Participants will warm up by using the tool in a low-stakes, hypothetical example to build confidence and proficiency. Then, participants will work in groups to apply the tool to a relevant work scenario. Building on feedback from team members and facilitators, learners will leave the workshop with dozens of new possibilities to break out of their self-imposed constraints and bring new, innovative ideas to fruition.
